Privacy Policy

This policy describes the Palacios Software Group corporate website and nothing else.

It does not describe the data practices of our software, including Yoslion Download, which is still in development.

What the website does

This site sets no non-essential cookies and runs no third-party analytics.

There is no advertising, no session replay, no fingerprinting, and no social tracking pixels.

The site stores nothing in your browser. Your browser loads no third-party analytics, advertising, tracking scripts, social pixels or remote fonts: pages, styles and fonts are all served from this domain.

There is no form on this site

The website has no contact form and no input fields. It does not receive anything you type.

If you email us

Writing to contact@palaciossoftwaregroup.com or security@palaciossoftwaregroup.com sends your message through your own email provider to a monitored corporate mailbox.

That message contains whatever you choose to include — your address, your name if you sign it, and the contents of what you write.

We use it to reply to you and to handle what you raised.

The mailboxes run on Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, which operates the email infrastructure on our behalf.

How the site is hosted

The website is hosted by Vercel.

Delivering, operating and securing a website means the host processes technical information about each request. That can include your IP address, an approximate location derived from it, your browser and user-agent information, details of the request, and related technical logs.

That is hosting, not tracking. It is not analytics, it is not advertising, and we do not use it to build a profile of you or to follow you across sites.

How long we keep it

We keep ordinary correspondence for up to 24 months after the last message in an exchange.

Security reports are kept for up to 36 months after the matter is closed. An open report is not deleted.

We review the mailboxes quarterly and delete correspondence that has passed those points.

Some messages become business records of their own — an accounting record, a contract, or material under an active dispute or security investigation. Those leave this schedule and are kept under the policy that governs the record.

Deleting a message removes it from our mailboxes. We do not claim that every copy disappears from our email provider the moment we do.

Asking about your information

Write to contact@palaciossoftwaregroup.com. The mailbox is monitored and a person reads it.

You can ask about personal information we hold about you. As appropriate, you can ask us to give you access to it, to correct it if it is inaccurate, to delete it, or to give you a usable copy of it.

Some information may need to be kept — for legal, security, contractual, fraud-prevention, accounting or tax reasons, or because it relates to an active dispute. Where that applies, we will say so rather than delete quietly or leave the request unanswered.

When this changes

This policy describes how the site behaves today. If that behaviour changes, the description changes with it before the change ships.
