They describe the conditions under which Palacios Software Group makes the Website available. Please review them before using the Website. The Website is an informational corporate website. It describes the company, its approach to building software, and the state of its products. It does not provide accounts, authentication, user profiles, or any transactional functionality, and nothing on it constitutes an offer to sell.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the version identifier and date shown with these Terms. Updated Terms apply from the date stated in the updated Terms after they are posted on the Website.

These Terms do not describe how information is handled. A separate Privacy Policy covers that, and it is published at palaciossoftwaregroup.com/privacy. Where a Privacy Policy is published on the Website, it applies to your use of the Website alongside these Terms.
